Buffets

At Ginga we can provide both hot and cold buffets for your event. Whether a family party or village fundraiser, we can manage the food arrangements. Our buffets can be conveniently delivered straight to the door with minimal setting up.

Examples include society dinners catering for up to 60 people, providing hot foods including locally sourced beef lasagne, chilli and curry with white rice.

Our recent cold buffet for a 60th birthday party included dishes such as giant cous cous salad with cucumber and sweet chilli sauce, cherry tomatoes and mozzarella balls with fresh basil, and our cold fish platter. Dessert options included our homemade cherry bakewell and lemon cream tart.

For something more traditional we offer buffets with mixed filled rolls, locally made pork pies and scones with jam and cream.
